This is an agreement between You or The Entity you represent (hereinafter “you” or “your”) and Atern Goods (hereinafter “we”, “our”, “us” or “Atern Goods”). We, as a registered Commercial Establishment in Bankura, West Bengal under the West Bengal Shops and Establishments Act, 1963, provide various artisanal services and handmade goods. By using any of our offered services or products you agree to these terms as mentioned in this Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or change any terms without notice. The updated Terms shall take effect immediately upon posting.
2. Binding Terms
The terms mentioned in this Terms and Conditions are set in accordance with the laws and regulations of India. Your usage of our services and goods is subject to the laws of India and any dispute arising out of such use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bankura, West Bengal. Additionally, by a purchase from us, you agree that:
(i) You understand our offering before making a commitment to buy it;
(ii) You understand that no two products of the same item will be 100% similar (including but not limited to dimensions, weight, materials, exactness) since they all are made by human hands;
(iii) You acknowledge that the images of the products shared with you are for illustrative purposes only; despite of our best efforts, we can not guarantee the exactness since your devices' displays might render the colours differently;
(iv) You acknowledge that the dimensions and weights of the products are nearest approximate values;
(v) You acknowledge that there is not any kind of warranty or guarantee offered, on our products, by us;
(vi) you will NOT resell the items.
3. Our Rights
(i) We reserve the right to update/change the details of our offerings without prior notice;
(ii) We may update/change the pricing of the goods and services offered by us;
(iii) We may cancel an order if any kind of wrong information is provided to us, or in case of stock unavailability, or due to some other technical issues, or in case of malpractice, or in case something is harmful to us; if done so, in any case, you will be informed and the payment will be refunded;
(iv) We reserve rights to all the images, photographs, artworks, logos, unique designs and concepts shared with you or visible on our web pages, and social media pages.
4. Your Rights
(i) You reserve the full right to access, modify or delete the information that you have voluntarily provided us in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
(ii) You may cancel any order placed by you by contacting us here;

(i) We disclaim all liabilities and take no responsibilities for the contents that may be posted on any or all third-party websites by the users of such websites in their personal capacity as well as for the contents or comments that may be posted by such users in their personal capacity on any webpages of Atern Goods on any social media platforms.
(ii) Products listed on our social media pages are for marketing and promotional purposes only, we sell only via interaction viz. chat or call. Since these platforms have their own rules and policies about those listings, all product details and policies including pricing, availability and policies conveyed by us are considered to be final, which may differ from those shown on social media pages.
(iii) Our website may contain names and logos of various third-party sites; we do not claim any ownership of those same names and logos regardless of the trademark symbols attached to or not, they are always properties of their respective owners and companies.
(iv) We never ask you to share your confidential information like website passwords, OTPs, card numbers, card expiry dates, CVVs etc. Please avoid anyone asking for such information who claims to be us, you will be solely liable for any kind of damage or misuse of information under such events.
