Shipping Policy
• Shipping is free for orders of value ₹799 and above, otherwise there will be a ₹100 shipping fee.
• Since most of the products are made to order or have some kind of customisations involved, you’ll be informed about the making time per order basis. If there is an unexpected delay we will let you know.
• We primarily ship orders through Blue Dirt, DTDC, and Delhivery courier services. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. While we will make every effort to assist in resolving any delays after dispatch, please note that we cannot guarantee outcomes, as external factors beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.
• For any special requests like expedited shipping or bulk orders, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
• If you wish to cancel an order please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we’ll provide you with the best possible solution at the moment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to various reasons and the same will be conveyed to you.
Return Policy
We at Atern Goods strive to give you the quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the received product for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery and let us know the reason, and we will provide you with the best possible resolution.
• We do not offer returns or exchange.
• Replacements are offered based on our internal evaluations.
• Handmade defects are NOT eligible for replacements.
• If your replacement request is accepted, we will contact you with the pickup (depending upon the availability of service) or self-ship details. You have to return the item within 7 days from the date of delivery. We strongly recommend you keep our packing until the return time is over.
