• We primarily ship orders through Blue Dirt Air or DTDC Priority courier services. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. While we will make every effort to resolve any delays after dispatch, please note that we cannot guarantee outcomes, as external factors beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.

Cancellation Policy
• If you wish to cancel an order please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we’ll provide you with the best possible solution at the moment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to various reasons and the same will be conveyed to you.
Return Policy
We at Atern Goods strive to give you the quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the received product for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery and let us know the reason, and we will provide you with the best possible resolution.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges.
• Replacements are offered based on our internal evaluations.
• Handmade defects are NOT eligible for replacements.
• If your replacement request is accepted, we will contact you with the pickup (depending upon the availability of service) or self-ship details. You have to return the item within 7 days from the date of delivery. We strongly recommend you keep our packaging until the return window is closed.
